Leaving Pugal was harder than I anticipated. After such a fulfilling summer, the thought of returning to the routine felt almost surreal. The time spent here wasn’t just about learning music; it was about understanding a way of life that revolves around dedication, discipline, and a deep connection to art. As much as I was content with what I had learned, there was a lingering feeling of wanting more—a realization that this journey was just the beginning.

My experience has made me realize that this art form requires full-time dedication, something that I’m now eager to incorporate into my daily life. The melodies of Kabir’s poetry, the warmth of Mukhtiyar Ji’s family, and the profound sense of peace I found here will stay with me.
